What does a typical yacht rental include?
Every rental comes with a skilled crew, all necessary safety equipment, fuel, and basic beverages. Different packages have different inclusions; for example, evening cruises offer premium drinks and light snacks, whereas business charters provide meeting facilities and specialized catering services.
When should I make my reservation?
To secure your preferred date, we advise booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance. For busier periods, which span from May to September, or for special occasions such as corporate gatherings, aim to book 4–6 weeks ahead to ensure availability and to allow time for any tailored arrangements.
What is the procedure for inclement weather?
Your safety is our foremost concern. Should the conditions be unsafe as determined by our captain, we'll propose an alternate date for your yacht experience or issue a complete refund. We keep a close eye on the weather forecasts and will get in touch with you if the forecast is doubtful 24 hours before your trip.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, you are permitted to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. We also provide high-quality catering options and can prepare menus according to your preferences. Do note that, for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Do you accommodate guests with mobility challenges?
Our goal is to be inclusive for all guests. Accessibility does vary amongst our fleet, so please reach out with your specific needs at the time of booking. We will guide you to the best accessible yacht and make the necessary preparations.
What is your policy for cancellations?
If you cancel no later than 72 hours before departure, you are entitled to a full refund. For cancellations occurring between 24 and 72 hours in advance, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations occurring less than 24 hours before departure are not eligible for a refund, with exceptions being weather-related cancellations or mechanical problems on our end.
